For the iphone app, I can't read the info on the screenshot to evaluate the content, but the screens "look" good. These seem an improvement from the previous cellphone screen I saw in your presentation.
I'm not sure what the different dotted lines mean. A key could clarify.
In the profile of the website, would be helpful to visualize the data (date joined, fluctuation of weight, bmi, etc). Look at Tufte sparklines and Feltron's Daytum for inspiration for small "dynamic" data visualization.
Seems to me that exercise is more fun with competition. Perhaps we need to see friends profiles? Where else can this extend too beside phone and browser? Facebook?
Watch the text size for screen and be sure to design for screen areas that the content can be scalable with user input. E.g. websafe fonts and compositions that work with long blocks of text as well as short or none.
Where'd you find the giant game piece in minneapolis photo. I've been looking a picture of that event for awhile now.
