general comments -- very thoughtful transitions, engaging flow of content, and an appropriate amount of information for the pace. It's clearly presented and I can tell that you've really put some thought into how much time people need to process the message.
I think that the beginning is a little more dynamic and is using imagery to anchor it and give it some compositional shape...towards the end the images kind of taper off and it's just type on a white field -- not quite as compelling.
a few fussy points -- the comparisons (over sexualization of ads) - placement of the company names in the upper left corner forces me to take my focus away from the ad images. transitions are too fast here to process both levels of information. also, the color changes in text are a little vague...i think that they were intended to be indicators of a topical shift. i made a color key based on my assumptions, and it took me 3-4 more watches to get it.
-The music is a better choice than the first time, more isync with the visuals too, but it's still pretty distracting.
- seems to function fine on it's own (doesn't feel like half of a video without Sam's)
-the "Natural" scene confused me a little when it first comes on the screen, I wasn't sure what was your text and what was image text (sustainable edition) or how to read it (models aren't the only things that are sustainable edition standard american natural). When it moves away it's clear, maybe it should move in the same way.
- "Yours truly" means myself, or angie budd, it makes me think you're about to tell me that you are the CEO
-it looks like you ran out of images at the end. the beginning is a lot more engaging

(blue = introduction green = environmental impact, lighter magenta = dov charney employee relations darker magenta = employee benefits)
and there is some white and cyan text thrown in there too.
am i close? i don't know, but i think that shows that it might benefit from some clarification to make your intentions more evident.
great work angie! this is significantly improved from the original effort and you're really starting to make effective use of the media.
- 10x better than the original, good visuals, good pacing (I'm able to read everything and understand it pretty well), good type.
- the "to name a few" scene goes by fast but is very effective
- nice transitions ("and more.............................")
