Good that you are clearly defining your main navigational states (both linear and non-linear) in the wireframe.
I see you have a secondary and tertiary level page accounted for in your sitemap, but not sure I see it in your wireframes. For example once you click into Step 2, fact 2 does it open a new page? If so, how do you navigate to Step 3?
